I think that this job could also benefit me as it may help me build more responsibility, self-esteem and confidence. A lot of the people on the server have been very friendly towards me and I feel that I want to pay back to the community by helping them and as a member of the staff team, I can do so. [b]Why should you be accepted on the staff team?(Minimum 3 lines): [/b]You should except me onto the staff team as I believe that I am a great person for the job. I am a very loyal person and take being a member of staff very serious and I realise all of the responsibilities. I have always enjoyed helping out and I would even say that I have a passion for it. I wouldn’t mind being available if you need me, I will be willing to spend a lot of time –even if it’s just flying around in spectator just to patrol and make sure that everything is well- to insure that this server is empty of rule breakers. As I take being staff very seriously, I will not let friendship get in the way of anything: I am a very fair person. I do also have some staff experience but not a lot on this game. I have been staff on a different server and have been told that I had been doing extremely well but sadly I ran into a disagreement with some of my fellow staff. [/color][/size][size=150][color=#953735]I have also been an admin in a Minecraft server but Minecraft and GMod are two entirely different games.[/color][/size] [size=150][b][color=#953735]How often can you be on?: [/color][/b][color=#953735] I can be on often after school days every week. I am not however able to come on in the weekends as I often have things planned out with friends (yes I know I have friends, what a surprise). [b]Do you have a working microphone? [/b]Yes I do have a microphone and will be more than happy to use it as my main method of communication. [b]Do you agree that being staff on another server will result in a demotion and blacklist from staff?: [/b]Yes I do and I understand why you want us to agree to it. [b]Have you read all of our rules?: [/b]Yes I have but will likely spend a bit more time to re-read them, this is so that I can remember all of them.[/color][/size]
