[color=#1abc9c]Why are you applying for this position?:[/color] Reconnaisance has always been one of my favorite regiments amongst all in MilitaryRP. I have been multiple times part of SRR in multiple MRP servers and I have achieved and climbed the rank of Major General, LT General as well as also the General of the regiment, eventually me upgrading to Ground Commander (is basically General of the Army). I am also looking to add the ideas and features I have in mind to this server as well, and I hope I can bring a better feeling in the SRR Roleplay part :). [color=#1abc9c]What can you bring to your regiment as a commander?:[/color] As a Commander what I do always is host daily tryouts for the regiment, in case any new server members would always get a chance for us at the SRR Regiment. Not only that but I think trainings should be hosted weekly if not daily, to constantly keep our activity high and show a good reputation for the regiment. Also by hosting trainings or Regimental Missions, everyone gets the chance to be promoted based on their actions/perfomance on that training/mission. Missions are mainly for keeping a good public image as SRR and help the UK Military out. I think I can also bring my strictness to the regiment, and even make it an elite regiment being constantly active, and punishing those who take it for granted. I also understand that being strict 24/7 is not fun for the members and I think having some fun here and there is needed, either through a fun training or an out of charachter (ooc) game night to get closer to each other and learn a lot. Monthly I would have meetings with the members of SRR, as I understand that the members have a voice in the regiment as well, and through their opinions I can make the regiment better, not only for them but for everyone who would like to join.
